An additional signatory may be added,
and a carbon copy may be sent to any party with interest in the signing
procedure. The principle can get the POA notarized remotely via
www.signnow.com/ask/how-to-sign-as-power-of-attorney, and the agent(s) can sign the document digitally. This is
true unless the state law prohibits electronic notarization.
